I'm Back!
After much delay and technical difficulty, I have finally returned! What a crazy time the past two months have been. Those turning leaves have fallen, along with the first of many snowflakes I expect to see in my first DC winter.
God has been faithful through it all and I am indeed thankful for my great friends who have been so graciously patient with me as well.
As further proof that I am indeed among the living, here's a picture in front of the National Christmas tree. Frankly, I think it looks a bit like a very festive Portugese man-o-war, but, then again, I also think I look a little bit like a very fluffy brown squirrel. Perhaps this is one of the side effects of standing next to a very big tree in the extreme cold. That, and the excessive use of the word "very".
Have a VERY Merry Christmas everybody!!!

Sweet!
Welcome back!! I've been coming and going as well. Never did respond to your last installment on the Unreality Blog. Shall we *keep* it or *can* it??
Love

Yay! Good to see a picture of you. No, definetly not a furry, brown squirrel. But a VERY pretty (and cold-looking judging by the layers of clothing), fabulous Chelle. Thanks for the update.
"Mega ditos" to the more recent posting. (Sorry about the Rush Limbough reference to all he offends.) Yes, once we eliminate our one reason for our very existence, we will wilt and pass away. And who wants THAT kind of life? I choose to cling to the one thing that means anything and surpasses all the world's expectations.
Christ said "Yes, I am coming quickly" to which the writer of Revelation responded: "Amen. (So be it.) Come, Lord Jesus." So, this Christmas I celebrate the impending return of my Savior. "The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all. Amen." (Rev. 22:21)
Hello ladies! I think the worst part of this whole internet drought of the past few months has been missing out on the priceless fellowship of my girls far away. You guys are hilarious and wise and such a better resource than anything the world wide web could ever hope to offer.
BVL- Oh the reality blog. And idea whose time has passed. Although, I think I saw a comment on your blog from someone who had recently come across it and is doing one of their own. Of course it will never compare. Never.
I was kind of hoping to hear what in the world went out over the intercom, but, oh well. I guess we will have to let it be like what's in the briefcase in Pulp Fiction and never know.
Mandy, I'm headed your way for Christmas so-- watch out! I can't wait to catch up on all of the new happenings in Funkytown, USA. Better alert Starbucks and let them know I'm on my way. They might need to increase their supplies.
